It's perfect, I have a black leather chair in my office with really no ventilation. Anyone that has sat in smooth leather in dress slacks (well can I say sometimes you get up a little soggy back there) especially if you are wearing light colored pants. Before I had to go out of my office I sort of had to wait a few minutes for the visible to evaporate. This solved the problem immediately. Very comfortable and it doesn't raise your seating height at all.I was worried about some people saying it had an odor so when I got it, it opened the plastic bag and put my nose in there. Odor, what odor? The only thing that threw me is because of it's size, I guess Amazon had to put it in a box so it was flat. I was wondering what was in the 4.5 foot box that was delivered. I found out that the cushion was right in the middle! Maybe a one off because them may have not had a smaller flat box handy but it was like a mystery surprise package!
