First, I'm 5'6", 127 lbs, short waisted, not curvy (not an hourglass shape but more of a boxy/straight look), with long, thin legs.THE SIZING:I bought these in Red (Burgundy actually), in two different sizes, XS and SM. I kept the XS and returned the SM. Both pants fit, but the XS had a better fit for me overall. The SM on me was a little too loose on my behind & thighs for my preference, but I did like the waist size on these better bc it had the looser fit and I liked the slightly longer length as well. The XS had a more snug fit on my behind & thighs, but it wasn't tight. The waist is a little snug for my taste, but not too tight. The length hits the floor barefoot, but I do wish they were longer in length bc I plan on wearing heels. The inseam length of the XS is approximately 31.5” long (the description says 32, could be bc they’re straight out of the package not stretched out enough; see pic), but looks like the seam can be undone to add about another inch & a half. I plan on letting out the seam for the extra length. I'd rather have the longer length than a straight, hemmed/seamed pant.THE PANTS:The pants are great. The color they sell as RED, is not red, but more of a deep BURGUNDY (think red wine color); Beautiful rich color & not a faded look. They are soft, flexible, lightweight & very stretchy, not bulky or heavy at all. They are extremely comfortable. They are very well made & not cheap looking either. The shine of the fabric is subtle and not too sparkly or slick with shine; not glittery either. I also wore them for a bit around the house & I will say they are better suited for a colder season/environment (or an event with plenty of AC) bc the fabric is not very porous or breathable, but not a terrible feel. They are not thick, stiff or hot at all, but you might feel very hot & sweaty wearing them outdoors in a warmer climate. They are very flattering though & can be dressed up or down a bit depending on your preference.THE PROS: They are a flattering & unique pair of pants that are versatile. They are very comfortable; lightweight, flexible, stretchy & not stiff, bulky or heavy. They are considered long at 31" inseam for anyone under 5'6". The look is awesome.THE CONS: The length is the biggest issue for me. It's not terrible, but wish they were 3" - 4" longer. A shorter person can always hem the pants to shorten, but the taller person can't add length. These also seem to be made for a woman with more of an hour glass shape (which I'm not) as the waist seems to be smaller in comparison to the butt, hips, & thighs (but not too terribly off). If you have a small waist with curves, you'll fit in perfectly.OVERALL:Love the pants! I highly recommend the purchase. The price is very fair & affordable (I paid around $57). I do wish they were longer, but I'm keeping them bc I love the look, feel, & style. I'm going to make them work by unhemming the bottom seam. If you're on the shorter side (5'5" or under), the length will not be an issue, but anyone over 5'6" might have an issue with the length especially if you plan on wearing heels. Even though I'm not a fan of the length, I plan on purchasing the Black pair as well. If I was any taller though, I wouldn't be purchasing them at all. The pics Ive posted are the pants straight out of packaging. After wearing for a bit they easily became looser around the butt & thighs.*Note: I'm not a paid reviewer.
